HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

At Smart Workwear Outlet Limited, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, contractors, and visitors. Our goal is to prevent accidents, injuries, and health risks by implementing effective health and safety measures across all aspects of our business operations.

1. General Statement of Intent
We recognize the importance of health and safety in the workplace. We will take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, customers, and anyone else affected by our operations. Our objective is to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards while continually improving our practices.

2. Responsibilities
Management: Management is responsible for the overall health and safety of the workplace. They will ensure that health and safety policies are enforced and that staff receive appropriate training.
Employees: Employees are required to follow all health and safety procedures and cooperate with safety instructions. They should report any potential hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
Health & Safety Officer: Our designated Health and Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring safety compliance, conducting regular risk assessments, and organizing necessary safety training sessions.
3. Risk Assessment
We will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in our clothing production, storage, and distribution areas. All identified risks will be addressed with appropriate control measures to minimize harm.

4. Workplace Safety
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): PPE will be provided where necessary (e.g., gloves, safety footwear, etc.), and employees must use it when required.
Machinery and Equipment: All machinery, sewing machines, and equipment will be regularly inspected and maintained. Employees will receive training on safe usage.
Emergency Procedures: Clear evacuation routes and emergency procedures will be communicated to all staff, and regular fire drills will be conducted.
5. Health and Well-being
Ergonomics: We will ensure that workstations and work routines are designed to minimize physical strain, particularly for staff working with sewing machines or handling heavy materials.
Mental Health: We are committed to fostering a supportive work environment where mental well-being is prioritized. Employees will have access to mental health resources and support.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Regular cleaning schedules will be maintained, and staff are encouraged to follow proper hygiene practices.
6. Training and Awareness

7. Accident Reporting
